    Customer Relationship Management Manager

    Job Description:
    – Lead, supervise and evaluate CRM team in their daily operations.
    – Plan, execute, evaluate and develop CRM goals, targets and strategies.
    – Motivate and develop team positively to achieve their best performance, both in division and personal goals.
    – Ensure customers and their needs are well taken care of and customer loyalty is well maintained.
    – Maintain and retain existing customers and ensure target of contract renewal is achieved.
    – Continuously improve the quality and consistency of CRM services to customers.
    – Ensure customers database is always updated and effectively segmented.
    – Actively promote up-selling.
    – Promote good and smooth coordination and communication among team and other business functions.

    – Female, S1 all studies, preferable Marketing, Communications or IT.
    – Min 5 years experience in customer relations and 2 years in Managerial.
    – Outstanding customer service skills.
    – Excellent communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
    – Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
    – Strong leadership, work ethic, open minded and confident.
    – Sociable and open to new acquaintances.
    – Fluency in English, verbal and written, is preferred.
    – Ready to do business trip when needed.
    – Able to drive and have SIM A.
