    2. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring Law, Psychology and SDM
    3. Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Recruitment, Training & assessment in Café, Resto & Bar
    4. Understanding psychology, both conceptually and practically
    5. Self-motivated, Having excellent communication and team work, coordination, and negotiation skill with high integrity
    6. Having a knowledge of key performance indicator
    7. Understand the labor laws
    8. Understand and be able to operate Ms.Office
    9. Would be Placed Around Jakarta Utara

    1. Day to day management of organization development
    2. Manage and organize Recruitment
    3. Manage and organize Training & Assesment
    4. Recommending potential candidates based on psychological test results and initial interviews to HRD Manager, as well as arranging an advanced interview schedule.
    5. Setting up employee contract / employment agreement and renewal of contract period.
    6. Entering (input) employee data to the employee database system
    7. Create reports of mutation recapitulation, promotion and employee status
    8. Post job advertisements, sort / apply applications, perform psychological tests and initial interviews to get the appropriate employee
    9. Develop new recruitment selection procedures (recruitment) of new employees
    10. Preparing monthly HRD report
