Responsibilities :

Capable of doingDue Diligence Legal Audit of a company

Familiarwith obtaining licensing SIUP, TDP, Akata Pendirian, IUP, HKI, Patents, Trademark, PMA.

Being able to providelegal opinions
Capable of drafting the MOU agreement, the Memorandum of Understanding, PPJB

Requirements:

Male max 35 years old

Bachelor degree in Law field from reputable university

Having at least 2 years experience in Legal, Crime Law and Due Diligence  (Due Diligence for Aquisition of Mining, Property, Land, Plantation)

Familiar with HR issues

Creative, pro-active, and problem-solve
